Let me tell you, this is the worse broker that I have ever signed up with. I can't believe it got rated so high. Maybe the ratings come from beginners who has no idea what they are rating. If you want to wire into this company, it takes forever to be applied to your trading account. And that is with nagging them to do it ASAP. But here is the biggest ISSUE: the data through them lags like crazy and you can't trade. And sometimes it happens in the middle of your trade and you try to exit but you can't. Or you try to sell or buy and it is so slow that the button freezes up. But when it unfreeze at certain point, it then sell or buy from your click but at a different spot. If you try to tell them, they blame on tradingview. But today, it was so clear when the message comes up to say can't trade with AMP because there is no data. You try to call them on 24 hr line for support of a live trade and it just rings. Then it goes to voicemail and say to leave a message. All their problems are rooted from not having enough staff and poor service. THis is a warning to all: if you want to lose money that is not your fault, then choose this broker.

So far it's better than all the others i've tride when connecting to tradingview, just gotta get through there sign up process which is annoying. Just got to fund your account before you can connect to tradingview.

The only thing I don't like is that there isn't a profit or loss column for closed trades like most Forex brokers have, and it kicks you out of older sessions if connected on newer ones (like if you want to access on multiple devices i.e. a smart phone and a PC). Their support is pretty quick and I get the feeling they actually know what they are talking about. I recommend that you fund your account with the wire transfer method. I am still waiting on some of my funds I sent via ACH and that was 4 business days ago.

Pros: Super easy to use and flexible when using it with TV. No issues and works as intended. Cons: It takes a long time for your money to transfer through from the bank via ACH (at least 3-5 days before you can trade with it). Data feed is also separate so you need to pay at least $3/month to be able to trade just the major indexes. Overall: Great smooth experience but was expecting a little bit of a simpler set up. Very curious how Robinhood Futures will be.
