buggy broker that ships untested code to their live app making the app buggy and sometimes unusable. customer support is 0/10, it feels like they make you disregard your issue by beiing slow and lowkey dumb and thick headed. sometimes they push you to email support which is the same. they are a shady firm and will not hesitate to try to scam you indirectly.
