The worst exchange. The worst support. I deposited a significant amount of money by my account to my Bybit account and 15 days after, I haven’t received them. I have contacted customer support FIVE! times and every time they assured me that they escalate my case and that someone will contact me in 48-72 hours. Every time no one contacts me. DON’T USE THIS EXHANGE AGENCY. STAY AWAY!
