During RTH hours, spreads are prohibitive for trade. Otherwise it seems to be a satisfactory broker

I've been with FXCM for 3+ years now and they have been absolutely fantastic in my experience. The connection between their platform and TradingView has been seamless, and their withdrawal process has been extremely reliable and very fast, usually within a few days. I have to especially point out their attention to customer service. They have ALWAYS responded to my questions, whether it be through email or WhatsApp and they get back to me quickly. I have my own personal representative now, Miguel Azmouz, and he has been a gem. He calls me in person 'every' single month, to walk me through any offers or benefits they currently have that could help in my trading journey, and actually goes back and does extensive research on anything I have questions about that he can't answer on the spot, and yes he always gets back to me. This level of customer attention & service makes them #1 in my book.

I applied for a live account on FXCM, completing all the requirements over two weeks ago. However, my application is still under review with no updates.
Whilst customer service was responsive, I would appreciate more proactive communication regarding delays and any additional documents needed.
