Fees & Commissions are great. Execution is good. Customer service I've seen better. My other broker (questrade) has way better customer service. The 2 times I wrote to IB about something, their customer service wasnt of great help and the second time, right after answering my question, the representative closed the chat without giving me the opportunity to reply or ask something else

I love the look and feel of the app. I cant wait for options to go live. I am curious how options would work with the broker connection.

RE: Thank you for trying to fix the issue. I have moved on to another broker and closed my account with you guys. You guys have one of the best rate if not the best, and it is not your fault you guys have security measures for integration, which I respect. I moved on to another brokerage because your other trading platform was unsatisfactory and your customer service copied and pasted several replies to me and had me run in circles which pissed me off. Brokerage wise, you guys are great. Customer service wise, you guys are below sub-par. Your other trading platform, I'd not want to get into it. Just go check your open tickets which I expect to close anytime soon because I have just initiated a closure. Thank you.
