Customer Support it Fantastic and setting up the account was very easy. Would recommend Ironbeam!
Orders fail often, then I have to log out, refresh the page and then log back in again
Wouldn't recommend connecting w trading view .. the platform is clunky in itself. I like sierra chart alot more
great broker.. very helpful when calling low Daily margin and commissions.. trading view a little laggy but swing trading not a problem.. if scalping I recommend using the iron beam app itself no lag! Great broker and people to deal with
Poor connectivity between TradingView and broker. Thought I was making positive trades when my balance showed up as a negative. All platforms with this broker seem to be in bad shape.

Ironbeam is actually provides support, platform is growing with new features, free platform free data, tradingview integration, demo available, has services your other broker doesnt. Much to like.
The manager(Brent Murphy) is a very helpful guy always responds the emails .

Ease of connection to TradingView and the speed of fills while trading futures.
Connection and order placement is not bad. What they do suck at is customer service. They say they are 24/7 but take days to respond to simple emails and leave no confirmation that they have received anything. Very frustrating especially when you are trying to withdraw money and per their website, any withdrawls placed before 12pm CST would be process the same day is bull. Haven’t heard anything. It would be a great broker if there customer service improved and that’s honestly why I’m leaving them, can’t place your trust in a broker who doesn’t communicate with their clients and this isn’t a one time deal, it’s something that is a pattern with their service of being late to reply and no confirmation that they received anything

Very easy to place orders on TV charts. Ironbeam data / executions seem quicker than other brokers.

Just got connected to TradingView after opening an Ironbeam account. Account opening was fast and I chatted in with a few questions which were quickly answered. This is my first go at TradingView but have been trading various commodities and derivates for years.

I’ve been using Ironbeam for a while now, and I’ve consistently appreciated their quick service and professional, trader-focused approach.
