The customer service at OKX is disappointing. Some representatives lack knowledge and struggle to assist. Response times are slow, and they require a screenshot for every issue. The absence of phone support makes problem-solving even harder.OKX also lacks proper TradingView integration. Limit orders placed via TradingView are classified as maker orders, leading to higher fees. Manually setting a stop-loss (SL) order is also treated as a maker order, adding extra costs. Support provided no clear answers, only repeated requests for screenshots without resolution.Overall, OKX has poor customer service and unclear fees, making it unsuitable for active traders.
