I've been using Optimus for a week now and have had mixed experiences, which I'll outline here. Data: Their data and execution speed for contracts are excellent—much better than TradeStation. While there's room for improvement in speed, I haven't encountered any issues. Every order is filled accurately, and I hope they continue to maintain this high quality. I've checked the data quality and haven't noticed any red flags like unexpected shadows or discrepancies compared to CME data from other brokers—definitely a plus! Costs: I'm pretty happy with the costs so far. Margins: Their overnight margin is okay, but the rates on their website aren't always up-to-date, which can lead to margin calls. For example, their site lists the margin for MGC as $800, while CME lists it as $1,000. I was liquidated due to this discrepancy (based on the site I needed $880, but CME required $1,100). This cost them two stars from me—Optimus needs to keep their site updated. I trade MYM and MGC, and the maintenance margins for both are outdated. This was a learning lesson to check CME before relying on the Optimus website. Customer Service: The first layer of customer service is just okay—their tone isn't very friendly. However, their tech support is tremendously helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I spoke with a tech support rep, Matt, who was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and nice. I appreciate his time and clarifications. Ease of Money Transfer: This could be improved. Currently, there's no ACH option for withdrawals—only checks or wires. Adding ACH would be great. Thanks for your support. Keep up the high-quality product.

Costs and Margins: We understand the importance of accurate and current information regarding the margin rates. On our margin page, we advise traders to "For current margin rates, please contact us or visit the exchanges’ Websites listed on our Exchange Access Page." This is especially crucial as CME and other exchanges can frequently update margin requirements, which can be challenging to reflect in real-time on our site. We encourage all traders, particularly those with extensive trading experience, to utilize these resources to ensure they have the most up-to-date information. Having said that, we will make more effort to get it updated.

Customer Service: We are glad that Matt could provide you with the support you needed, and we will strive to ensure all our customer service interactions meet this standard of helpfulness and friendliness.
