15 minute delay in market data on charts is unacceptable. I can't trade intraday with Questrade's platform, and Questrade won't let me trade with Trading view pre-market either.

It doesn't work at all. Yes, you can link your questrade account and see your account but that's about it. This should have never been released. Might as well just use the Paper Trade function.
