Trading forex pairs mostly. EUR/USD fixed spread is okay. GBP/USD feels a bit high. No commission is a plus.
Charts look different when compared to other brokers.
The stop losses for some indices and pairs are not flexible and will make you risk more than you are willing unless you are on the chart to close it manually.
While some may prefer contracts, I prefer to use lot sizes. It makes things easier in my opinion.

It doesn’t allow me to move my stop losses exactly to where I want to. Idk if it’s a account size issue or why. Very frustrating when trying to grow an act

For some reasons I still find withdrawals very uncomfortable.
1. It is way too long to respond
2. There are no options to specifying alternative withdrawal methods. In my opinion it is highly inconvenient
However, I love the customer experience, they are highly amazing.
The analysis on tradingview and zoom sessions is great.
Lastly I will suggest easymarkets to improve on the app. It is actually the center of attraction.
And then make withdrawal more comfortably easy.

I have to reconnect quit often
