Too much delay in payment of withdrawal good service but also the swap commission is too much for the customers we have other swap free brokers, you too should try EasyMarkets, but the General service is very good

Would be great if I could customize my stop loss to a closer value. I'm able to close a position at any point so why not the stop loss.

It can be modified after the position is open but will still be required to be within the Stop Distance bounds. We have done this because it is needed to facilitate our guaranteed stop loss and take profit feature. We have a variety of options for our clients to choose from to give traders flexibility. The leverage on our web platform and trading view is determined by Amount to Trade/Amount to risk, meaning you set your leverage when you open the position dependent on these two options.
