Ethereum beacon chain pledge total of nearly 18 million ETH
According to Dune Analytics data, the total number of ETH pledged by Ethereum beacon chain reached 17,982,953, accounting for 14.93% of the total ETH supply. Among them, the pledge share of liquidity pledge agreement Lido reached 31.35%. In addition, the total number of deposit addresses has reached 100,968.
As previously reported, the Ethereum Foundation announced that it will activate the Shapella upgrade at epoch 194048 on April 13 at 6:27:35 Beijing time. This upgrade will enable validators to withdraw their pledge share from the beacon chain back to the enforcement layer, and also introduces new capabilities for the enforcement and consensus layers.
