People been diminishing crypto markets based on the volatily in price action, but if you look beyond FUD you will notice that BTC has gone many times thru the whole cycle , only that very much faster since the market has no boundaries, and its run 24/7 by a bew crowd of traders that really dont care about sleeping, weekends, or any of the mainstream agenda. Crypto markets are so infinitely growin right now in this very instant hundred of exchanges are being born and all will need bitcoins and ethereums to be used as base currencies.
