Bear flag complete followed by bearish pennant
The chart speaks for itself. This is back to back bearish patterns forming.

My bearish macro-bias led me to believe the consolidation would lead to further downside. However, this was a classic case of a triangle consolidation that was on an uptrend that eventually broke out. What was virtually guaranteed was that a big move was forming. I just got the direction wrong.
