Daily 4XSetUps - 2025 Could Be Another Good Year In AMZN
“the price action of $200 was broken upwards at the end of 2024!
will the bulls be able to defend this $200 over the course of 2025?”
Rising prices in New York helped the Eurozone leading index
An interest rate cut in the USA is considered a given, but the way forward is unclear. So it remains to be seen whether the FED will continue to cut interest rates at this rate in 2025? Or whether the pace of interest rate cuts should be slowed down? Because there is widespread agreement that interest rates will go down by -0.25%! But the slight increase in inflation in the last 3 months? And/Or, at least in my thoughts, also the PPI +3.0% recently? Is this just a three-month flash in the pan when it comes to inflation in an overarching slowdown in US inflation? Or not? That's what makes me a little bit fearful about the bullish price action in the stock market! Anyway, as a result, traders and/or investors will likely listen to Powell's every word afterward; let alone bond traders. Today it also came into focus that the major Italian bank
“Because most people are more emotional than logical, they tend to overreact to short-term results; they give up and sell low when times are bad and buy too high when times are good. I find this is just as true for relationships as it is for investments—wise people stick with sound fundamentals through the ups and downs, while flighty people react emotionally to how things feel, jumping into things when they’re hot and abandoning them when they’re not.”

Currently it looks in the chart as if we have dared to dig into the toilet with this long AMZN 4XSetUp, as we colloquially say here in Germany. Nevertheless, this can also happen - if you always operate with an entry price, target price, and/or only a % share of the total portfolio assets, on the financial market, with the help of CFDs. And that's what we do - I'll let you know! You decide for yourself! Anyway, let's get back to the current picture of price action, in the form of a short, to-the-point analysis. Because basically, after our price target was reached, nothing major changed in the price action.
