These orders are not correct

Also, I will explain this in greater detail later in this but ANYONE WHO IS READING THIS-THIS IS BY NO ACCOUNT AN ATTACK OR ACCUSATION WHAT-SO-EVER AND I implore you to read it in it's entirety or DO NOT READ AT ALL, and ESPECIALLY DO NOT COMMENT!! OPINIONS are for adults with nothing to do and no will to make changes- Also this is NOT A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT AND All who read it should take it as a reason to help better these communities and the Awesome COMPANIES like TRADINGVIEW who provide these amazing tools to help us grow in our fields of professional works. DO NOT USE NAMES PLEASE AND ONLY STICK TO THE TOPIC SO THE MODERATORS DONT HAVE TO SPEND WASTED TIME ON BAD POSTING< PLEASE! TradingView, please let this post go public, it will reflect your level of concern and you can delete this sentence if needed for obvious reasons. I'm not being presumptuous or disrespectful, just trying to get answers and I haven't had any luck with any parties, or non-parties. I will be just as understanding and 100% if you simply look at this from a different perspective and not as an attack. It is NOT an ATTACK by any definition of the word in the native language I speak. (English, obviously)
Whenever I use this tool short or long, when the price comes back to The entry, after successfully fulfilling the entry and the reward amount /profit zone completes/passes, when the market comes back to the entry (Part 3/3 in the most basic version of this order type being only 3 parts/elements) and triggers the final sale, (limit BUY/SELL @ Entry amount) no reward to be found! EVER! And why is there nothing about this regarding American accounts?
So just for some history in order to understand any references needed I will share a couple small details tin hopes it will help resolve the issue and not exacerbate it. TradingView says this is an exchange issue, exchange says they don't control how these orders are put in, nor have they even understood how this is possible but so so so so so much money later I still get NO ANSWERS so I will ask the entire world who is and who isn't at fault and what is actually happening here? Why do people speak of these types of trades so much but nothing to be found on the contrary? Perhaps it is because I am not getting honest answers and my account is doing really well for someone who is not me?
Perhaps there is a major level of unethical issues regarding the absolute and intentional sharing vs. with holding very key elemental, fundamental benefits/conflicts regarding the availability of specific trading tools used in the industry, which are, or, are not, available in regards to geographical issues/benefits and or the full disclosure as to whether these are concerning anything outside of the realms of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any other agreements made prior, not post, to both parties agreeing through payments, and the acceptance of payments. Especially assuming the payers are likely not privy to these legalities so this would be the area one should be made astutely aware upon questioning said issues in an attempt to help them understand the nature of the issue with clarity. Two accounts now, both Premium, this one I just changed and switched to the second account, and still none of this seems to change these little facts that this is the only account or charting tool I use where it says it is doing something on the chart and within the tools available to confirm the order, but it is not reflected on the account that way post all parts are accomplished/fulfilled within the charts tools and information provided. Which means whenever I do SELL ORDERS (called "Shorts" but are not actually "Shorts" because no leverage is used, so it is a LIMIT SELL Order with RR attached, providing an amount which is exact as long as it is completed correctly) I am taking all loss the entire time I am trusting this platform to work as it says it is working!!! I need answers because I have damages nobody wants to address. Today is the day I have had enough of people not valuing my time or my money and I am going to stop nowhere until I receive these, in a definitive fashion. Optionally, in the form of any legalities verified, or discredited if any are accused, and official responses pertaining to the nature and laws within the Country I reside which is documented and provides an answer to support the issue where these losses are justified due to any mistake(s) on my end which I have not been contacted for, nor have i been informed of any such mistakes throughout, before, or during my inquiries on these major issues. Which again, only seem to be in one place this is happening. Currently I am and have been led to believe the Law in the U.S. doesn't allow these kinds of orders with risk/reward and or it is the exchange who is not honoring the orders. However, the exchange does not have any understanding of such an issue and believed I was making these orders the way they were received which was limit orders and all the BUY orders are far more than the sell orders so I don't think that makes sense outside the fact this tool is absolutely not putting these orders in at all. It is simply creating LIMIT BUY ORDERS & LIMIT SELL ORDERS AND RR DOESN'T"T EXIST IN ANY WAY OTHER THAN AS A VISUAL ON MY CHART. This issue has been ongoing and unresolved for several months now and that is me being kind with the timeline and how long it has been such.
It is IMPORTANT ALL WHO READ THIS!!!! I am not presuming blame or neglect, nor any other accusation in this post. This is for me to seek answers to questions which I have not received and to which questions have been answered, I have not been successful in corroborating for any verification, which I am in need of finding in order to avoid any further losses and hopefully preserving all integrity on any or, either side of the discussion. My hopes are that we can all find the answers and save future traders from the same problems which could permanently destroy any chances of future trading due to such losses and disappointment. These things can destroy ones momentum, but fut worse, it can destroy their faith in their new venture into a great attempt for pursuing their financial freedoms and the ability to choose what they desire from that venture they worked so hard to make a reality. This can be devastating in more ways than those contributing financial, but literally the mental state can become exhausted from the constant letdowns, especially when it gets no answers to rectify the issue regardless of how much time and money one offers to receive these benefits. Something to consider when responding here. Please do so without emotions and stick to facts or at least what you can say from actual hands on experiences, and or if citating any legal documents please reveal sources for confirmation.
