ATOM / USDT have bullish engulfing on this 1W candle, it's bounce from neutral RSI on same timeframe. This candle have less volume and it's not so good, but bounce from 0.618 fib looking promising.
ATOM updated ATH on this cycle, so i think project will be alive and most likly running good on next cycle.
$35 is my target.
