In low timeframes (m15, m30) a symmetric triangular pattern has been formed, if we look at it in higher timeframes (1h, 2h), this symmetrical triangular pattern becomes a descending triangular pattern, since the close of the candle goes downwards, leaving the wick upwards, thus forming a descending triangular pattern
It has also hit a bearish trendline, and has hit resistance
