Possible 15 min buy

Price was oversold on the 15 min for the rsi, but on the 75 min the rsi retested the 50 level. Meaning the 15min is a retest for a higher timeframe uptrend.
Note
reversal no longer likely. Price on the 75 min no longer crossing above the 50 level on the RSI.
