AFTER APRX 40 DAYS PRICE IS STILL CONSOLIDATING. HOWEVER I SEE SLIGHTLY LOWER HIGHS AND PRICE TESTING THE DESCENDING TREND-LINE WHICH MIGHT BE GOOD FOR PRICE GOING SOUTH, HOWEVER I AM NEUTRAL AS PRICE CAN ALSO BREAK IN ANY DIRECTION.
