Price has temporarily risen to gain momentum for a deep, bearish move down. Without such a huge drop in price, big players can't buy small players' sales positions down there fill their pockets with cheap AUD, and sell it gradually in the next months to the same traders who sold their own AUD for a lower price! AUDUSD dropped during today but now I think it might go a bit further up to reach 0.66 to gather more orders and momentum before it becomes heavy enough for a free fall.
