Considering the price action, and price 40.5 as the bottom of larger wave [4] and start of wave [5], there are two major scenarios for a ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ค๐๐ฃ๐.
๐ - ๐๐๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ ๐: (๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ค ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ)
1- The wave movement does not seems to be
impulsive, rather more looks like diagonal since
wave 3 in wave (1) of major wave [5] is only 1:1
which is characteristic of non-impulsive wave 3.
2- Secondly the ๐๐๐ก๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐ ๐ค๐๐ฃ๐ 4 trespassing
61.8% also indicates diagonal characteristic.
3- In a diagonal case the wave 4 can retrace beyond the border of wave 1 top and can extend down to 88% (~47 price).
4- In diagonals ๐ค๐๐ฃ๐ 5 ๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐ก ๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ก๐๐๐๐๐,
hence the ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ก๐๐๐๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ค๐๐ฃ๐ 5 could be
61.8% or 78.6% i.e. (69.35 ๐๐ 75.65, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ฆ).
๐- ๐๐๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ ๐: (๐๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ)
1- Since the length of ๐กโ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ ๐ ๐ค๐๐ฃ๐ is only 1:1 which is characteristic of ๐ค๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ถ,
therefore the possibility of wave 3 in wave (1) of wave [5] can be ignored.
2- The possibility of wave C formation can also be supported if the current corrective wave can
retrace ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ 61.8% ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ข๐๐ ๐ก๐๐๐ก๐๐๐๐๐ฆ.
3- In this scenario the top of wave C is considered as wave 1 top of wave (1) of wave [5].
4- the correction will be of wave 2, and ๐ค๐๐ฃ๐ 2 has the chances ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ข๐โ ๐๐ 88.2%).
5- Thus the downtrend bottom value could be ๐๐๐ก๐ค๐๐๐ 41-43.
๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
The price action suggests that the ๐๐๐ค๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐ ๐ ๐ก๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ and the ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ต ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, which means that we can see a retracement all the way down to 47-49 ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐.
This also suggests that ๐๐๐ may be ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐ ๐ ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ but could be a ๐ ๐ข๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ ๐โ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ข๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ค๐๐ฆ๐ ๐ก๐๐๐๐๐๐.
