Band broke the resistance and is retesting it. Afterwhich, a high probability that ATH will be attacked and broken.
I'm thinking 21$s is a reasonable expectation, with 23$s as the upper target.
Smart money is moving from Link to Band.

Band has closed above the resistance so this is very bullish. It'll probably attack a far higher target now. There's only 20,000,000 of these guys in circulation so ultimate target of 40$s is possible.Note
