BCD needs sometime..
BCD according to this chart.. needs almost 4 days to wake up.. it might wake up before that time.. and it might stay for a longer period of time sleeping.. but my guess is that BCD will start moving with next BTC correction.. when is that gonna happen? Feel free to share your opinion..
