$BEL nice resistence for a really nice breakout above SMA 200
This stock test the 9.80 area 5 times, so in this case the SMA 200 will be below the price if we make the breakout the same as $CHI...I expect nice relative volume on the day of the breakout...target above 10...stop 9.29
