I would say Tim Draper is still largely correct, but he'll miss time by 6-12 months from what I can see..

I'm calling USD 6-8K by the end of 2019.

It does seem to me that many people are buying preemptively for the halving, which makes me to hypothesise that when the actual halving event takes place, we would see a major sell-off, pushing price at Q1 2020 from low teens back to 4 digits.
