Bitcoin Halving Already Way Ahead of Schedule

Many halving countdowns and estimations put the date at some point in mid- to late-May.

However, surging hash rate and recent mining difficulty adjustments have now resulted in the event taking place in late April or even earlier.

What happens after the halving?

Historical price action can never guarantee future ones. Nevertheless, looking at past halving's we can see a correlation trend showing an increase in price and a the start of a bull-run after such events. The vertical blue lines in the chart above indicate each halving.

By using the growth rate after the first two instances and the “Top Cap Price Model”, the calculations also forecast a potential top at around 120-180K in late 2022 for the upcoming cycle.
