Bitcoin Will Lose It's Dominance Because It's Slow and Expensive

Updated
Bitcoin Transaction fees are skyrocketing over $5 again and quickly headed towards the previous ATH at $55, making it the most expensive cryptocurrency to send on-chain. bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactionfees.html Bitcoin is also by far the slowest cryptocurrency taking 10 minutes per confirmation and requiring 6 confirmations to safely send a transaction. Compare this to many other cryptocurrencies such as TRX and XRP which are nearly instant and free, and you can see how this is a major flaw in Bitcoin's code that has not been addressed quickly enough. Most people aren't going to pay over $5 to send BTC micro transactions on-chain, and off-chain solutions like Lightning Network are nowhere near ready for full scale adoption. This will lead to people moving to cheaper and faster alternatives like Tron as BTC transaction fees continue to skyrocket.

Tron also has turing complete smart contract platforms and is not extremely expensive like Ethereum GAS so it will likely be a top performer in this bull run, while BTC and ETH will continue to grow at a slower pace than their more innovative competitors.
