BTC, new ATH soon
Looks like PBOC shorted $5k and rebought $3k, and now exchanges in China will be regulated legalized and BTC taxed. Surprise surprise! Manipulating gullible Chinese population for huge profits since 2013, good game PBOC.
Looking at the chart, IHS target, 200% fib extension of initial upwards move, and pennant breakout targets all give us about the same price target, which is a new ATH. Good R-R long entry if you're not already, stops below the pennant bottom.
