The actual sentiment seems to be bearish. As you can see on my past analysys I gave 2 scenarios: 
The bullish scenario is still possible because btc hasn't broken the last important level. As you can see i said that 9600-9700 is the last level to see a bounce. If btc will break this level, i think that will reach 9000 quite quickly.
But let's see what we have here. In h1 chart i see some bullish divergences. We bounced from level 0.705 of Fibonacci and i think it's possible to play this long.
Bears look weak here.... The sell pressure seems going down, but I don't see enough strenght from the bulls, so this long is a risky trade.
I opened a long at 9720 with two targets: the first one is at 10400 area, the second one is at 10800 area.
My stop loss is at 9550 now. If btc will break 9550, probably i will open a short.
