No one is mentioning a Bull flag on the Weekly Chart. Measured move to 
14K- $14.5K in about 3-6 weeks. Declining Volume needs a strong breakout. but could very well happen and then prepare for a pull-back....also had the first Weekly open and close above the 2017, 20K downward trend line. We'll come back in 6 weeks and see where we are
