Once again BTC closed below the resistance level. Once again BTC failed to attempt to rally toward $40k.

BTC Update:
In 4 hours TF, BTC has breached and closed above the resistance level but is it enough to give a gain of 5% and take the price to $40k? Seeing a big green candle followed by a rejection is quite possible. The Stochastic RSI is once again at its peak, which worries me about BTC and the market.
