The Weekly is Bearish to me so the Target is from The weekly because the market swept liquidity and the target is the weekly most recent low
The 4H is also currently bearish but the overall trend is up,hence that's why I am highlighting that we in a range now
also the 4h is a range for sure but the micro structure within the range is indeed bearish of which my Target of about 24700 could still be hit...
