If you wish to become the next internet meme on YouTube, then now is the time to buy/sell. And please, do it all in, it'll be funnier. Otherwise, don't let your emotions decide the amount of money they're worth you losing. In other words - focus, observe, remember. The history almost ALWAYS repeats itself.
