If you look at BTC -1.06% difficulty rate has stated to go down # btc.com/stats/diff # , this signals more miners has give up mining BTC -1.06% and expect further price drops in near short terms. But in long term coin scarcity plays a vital role and will have power to come up price and shoot to high.
