Absolute latest turnaround date is January 31, 2019

BEST SCENARIO
Lowest point has already been established, bottom found.
Turnaround date around mid November 2018
PRICE - $400,000 +

Just to clarify my EOY prediction on best circumstances is 40,000+Worst case scenario I still see us going over $10000 but I do not see it being even that low.
Originally prediction is $50,000 - $75,000 EOY but I did change that way I $10,000 - $50,000 later on
