Blue boxes on chart mark out the volatility of two consecutive Williams Fractal lows. The outer box in yellow marks out two fractals either side going in opposite direction. As you can see on the last few times the fractal high has been retracing near and exceeding previous high of the blue boxes.
Price not responding well to rising Stoch so maybe price going to head lower instead ? I'm short now.
