BTCUSD: possible short-term bullish.

Might go long here, watching very closely. I'm still bearish in general but that doesn't mean there aren't long opportunities. I see similarity with Sept 2017 here, but if it goes up then I don't think it will break 10.5k.

I'm looking for a buy signal. The purple line is a trend support that has now become resistance. If we break this and retest successfully, I'll probably buy.

Well it broke out. Imo this is still just a bull trap and a target of 10k still holds for me. I htink a buy in should still be possible between 9 and 9.1. Happy days.

So the breakout continues. Right now we're just under the 20 MA, which is an important level for me on all intervals. Depending on how we close today, will determine whether this uptrend will continue or whether it is reversed. To be sure I want to see us close above it.

However even confirmation of uptrend continuation does not mean that the correction is over.

Notice how volume has been dropping continuously on the daily as we move to this decisive point - just like previous failed breakouts, this is classic bearish divergence.
