Just my point of view
2 possible ways things could go from here imo :
1. Will we go sideways for a while, which would be great for alts, and then break out of the symm triangle to 49k ?
Or
2. Will we complete the M pattern after which we will correct to either around 27k or 22k ?
Atm we are still in an uptrend, so let's see if we will break the trend or not ;)
