Two situations:
BTC will start a small bull trend or will continue bearish.
A double top usually go bearish so if it pass that point up, we could see next target at 0.5 fib.
If go down, I am expecting a low to 9k.
Let's see what is the next move - UP or DOWN.

looks like it went on the third option... meaning it stays on the same value.I am confident it will go on the blue trend... when ? starting today.
