Bullish on BTC !!

First time doing any analysis. Have no idea what i did really but I bought in at $14100 and thinking it will go to 23K if it breaks 16.5k.
Note
can anybody recommend any courses to take to do TA analysis. Im a computer programmer not a finance guy, cheers!
