🔸Welcome traders, this is another update on Bitcoin, this is review of the 2 hour price chart.
Bitcoin so far generated strong reversal off the lows in 2023, and off the lows gained almost
80% in value, so clearly bulls still maintain control.
🔸Let's review the potential market structure in progress, it's possible that this is a repeat
fractal from January/February 2023. Based on the previous fractal performance we might
expect bulls to regain control near 25 500 USD and then subsequently target 30 500 USD.
🔸 The price fractal is defined by three separate stages. Stage 1 is re-accumulation.
Stage 2 is yet another re-accumulation. Finally, Stage 3 is a distribution part of the fractal.
🔸Right now we are in re-accumulation stage 1 of the price fractal. We will likely remain in
this stage until end of March, then expect volatility to pick up early April as we will transition
into Stage 2 of the price fractal.
🔸Stage 2 of the fractal is based on bear trap and stops sweep setup. So we can expect a
fake breakdown of recent range lows near 27 000 USD. Bears will pull prices down towards
the final target near 25 500 USD.
🔸Stage 2 should be complete before April 10 2023. We should bottom out near 25 500 USD.
As the price re-accumulates near 25 500 USD bulls will awaken and prepare for the strong push.
🔸The strong push projection based on previous fractal in Jan/Feb 2023 is 25 500 USD - 30 500 USD.
So this is the trade that you ultimately want to focus on. Accumulate / scoop up dips near 25 500 USD.
🔸Bulls will target re-test of strong S/R zone near 30 000 USD. Whether or not 30 000 USD resistance
will break still remains to be seen. For now let's focus on a reasonable target for the bulls in April.
🔸Recommended strategy bulls based on this fractal is to buy low near 25 500 USD once the pullback
is completed in early april
🔸Break below 25 000 USD before end of March will invalidate this setup
