During the H4 type period
We have determined a sequence of balance between supply and demand
# upper area (supply areas on the share of 8000 USD), defined by the preliminary point of sale (sell) and
# lower area (demand areas on the share 4000 USD), defined by the climatic well for sale.
Likely prospects for trading:
Hypothesis 1:
For purchase (entry, buy!)
I follow the action of the price to confirm the principle of effort with result, in other words buyers to exceed the control area of the offer from the quota 8000 USD and the effort from them to stay sustained above the quota 8000 USD (as in the example given by me through the drawing made on the chart ).
# Possible target if this hypothesis is confirmed is at the rate of $ 10,500
Hypothesis 2:
For purchase (entry, buy!)
the price action will remain in the equilibrium sequence and with a revision of the lower demand control area around the quota of 4000 USD (as in the example given by me through the drawing made on the chart).
# Possible target if this hypothesis is confirmed is at the rate of 8000 USD
Note:
Condition for hypothesis no. 2 the action of the price not to exceed the demand control area from the quota 4000 USD!
