The price will shoot up but not much indicates it will happen in October. The elections in November might cause an increase.
Note
There are allegedly two CME gaps that need to be filled, one somewhere in the 6000s and the other ~9600. 9600 in October is reasonable, but it will go lower if the stock market crashes.
