While we are in a consolidation, the only thing matters is price levels and time. At the moment bitcoin is playing the waiting game and seeing which side (bulls or bears) will become tired first. Both scenarios upward or downward breakouts will most likely create a trend that will last over 2+ weeks and drive the price a few thousand units away.
