Bitcoin hovering around the 19k

Bitcoin struggling to break the 19400 resistance, usually the ascending triangle breaks to the upside in the bull run. But looking at RSI the move is losing momentum. I can see a retest of the 16200 level before Bitcoin makes the next move.
