Neckline forms the lower channel while the top of the left and right shoulder forms the upper channel
projected price movement should be drawn 90 degrees from the neckline, but I have slanted it to give a more conservative measurement
If BTCUSD exceeds neckline decisively and retrace to retest the neckline, i think its a good place to short.
