Sellers have not been able to close a single 4 hr. bar below 13K. RSI is turning up. Long to 15k tgt.

Stalemate. Buyers have been unable to push and stay above resistance trend line. So chop between 13K and 15.2K. Break and close below or above these levels will clue us to the next move.
