I have been backtesting my strategy for weeks and I can assure you that it is more effective than anything else I have tested, it is simple and reduces analysis time by 80%. As simple as looking at a trend, detecting crossovers and boila.!
NOTE: Each crossing in the average of 5/20 marks what would be a support or resistance zone depending on how it is analyzed.
What I personally do is detect the crossings from highest to lowest temporality (1M, 5M only to polish an entry) but it is almost as perfect as the creation itself. There are no mistakes if the areas are marked well. Try and do your backtesting with the averages (5,20,200)
I spent more than two months trial and error and the result was 90% correct in my group.
Sometimes I say the more we see, the less we understand, the less we see the clearer things are...
