Bitcoin looks very weak - minimal breakouts of previous highs, long consolidation at the bottom of the movement. All this gives grounds to open a short with target #1 15400, and target #2 - 10800. Stop-loss - 17450

Moving stop-loss to zero-loss. The price shouldn't go beyond 17220, it will cancel the scenario.
