BTC waiting for Right timing Before ETF or After ?

Very dangerous month ever almost hodl very upset on bitcoin price. even trough market cap dominance 53.6% right now.
the key is patient on waiting new momentum.
and i have make a simple analysis thru tf4H, it look nice to clarify. Waiting break above blue trendlines or getting continue bearish.. as with red line
what i beleave is. the movement from new momentum soon will be happen before 25-9-2019 before ETF approved or decline.
The potential grow back taking 35day future.
